Do you know you send messages all the time, even when you’re not speaking? The greatest misconception in the art of communication is that it revolves around our words. Language is a small part of the message that is interpreted through a myriad of subconscious behaviors that influence our appearance and ultimately how we are perceived.
People have different styles of communication and by understanding how those styles impact the communication process, we can build a productive relationship.
This session will review different styles and show you how to use that knowledge to successfully work with those with similar and different styles.
