Vice President of Operations
CU seeks experienced Vice President of Operations with a proven track record of successful leadership in lending, collections, branch operations and member relationship management in a growing credit union of at least $50 million in assets. 
We require expertise and the ability to teach others in the areas of  developing deposit and lending products, as well as the financial management needs of the credit union,  meeting measurable goals for production and quality, innovative uses of technology for efficiency and effectiveness, and above average communication skills in English.
The candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of credit union or related experience, with at least 5 of these years managing 3 or more direct reports and a high level knowledge in common PC software tools.
Protection experience with spam filters, firewalls and security levels for users of varying responsibilities is highly desired also; as is the ability to produce reports and analysis of activity generated by each product, service, and distribution channel. Experience analyzing existing work and document flow for enhancement of internal controls, cross training, cost effectiveness and superior member service delivery in a financial institution is also required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is the minimum educational requirement. A Masters Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, and a CCUE, CUDE, or similar designation is highly desirable.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, educational attainment, and the complexity of the CUs financial operations. The benefits include a 401(k) plan, and medical, dental and life insurance.
