America's Credit Unions: Safe & Sound
Resources for Credit Unions

Sandy Shenk

Sandy Shenk, PaCUSC, poses with her “Best in Show” winning booth at the Delaware Credit Union League’s 2009 Annual Meeting & Trade Show.  Sandy incorporated the theme into her exhibit with a dog house/shared branch with the slogan, “All breeds welcome to get their treats at my shared branch.”  For more information on shared branching, click here.

The Delaware Credit Union League (DCUL) is a non-profit trade association of Delaware credit unions organized to develop, protect, and advance the credit union movement in Delaware. Organized in 1958, DCUL is, simply stated, a tool that the credit unions have forged to further their purposes. Representing and speaking for 31 Delaware credit unions and their 200,000 members, the League’s primary objectives are:

  • to provide credit unions with quality information, products, services, and resources
  • to advance the movement’s cause through effective communication
  • to offer services and educational programs that credit unions cannot perform individually
  • to develop a legislative and regulatory climate in which credit unions can prosper
