Credit unions have a large burden these days with new regulations and changes to existing rules and regulations almost daily. The Delaware Credit Union League remains a constant source for your credit union to understand rules and regulations that impact you. The following resources are provided to Delaware credit unions at no charge as part of their member dues.

League InfoSight

An online compliance manual, containing federal and Delaware-specific content that is accurate, concise and detailed on a wide range of topics and issues, is also offered as a benefit of League membership. There are easy-to-read compliance summaries, checklists for compliance, direct links to laws and regulations, frequently asked questions, and links to additional important resources including CUNA’s on-line compliance resource “E-Guide.”

CU PolicyPro

Contains more than 200 detailed model policies to help your credit union manage today’s ongoing compliance and operational challenges. CU PolicyPro is completely customizable to meet each credit union’s unique and changing needs. Existing credit union policies can be easily added into the system through a secure website for efficient, consistent policy management. CU PolicyPro uses a consistent format for clarity and ease of use, so needed information can be quickly found; and all policies and procedures are reviewed twice a year for regulatory/legal compliance.

CUBE TV Compliance Videos

InfoSight and CUBE TV have partnered to bring credit unions the latest information on compliance issues they face. Each month, compliance specialists tackle a new topic in order to shine a light on otherwise confusing regulations. Special quarterly editions provide information about compliance issues that took effect each quarter and review upcoming issues that will affect credit unions.

Staying Current on Compliance

As new information is posted to the PolicyPro and InfoSight websites, the League sends updates to member credit unions detailing the changes, along with links to the revisions. Another resource for regulatory compliance is CUNA’s Compliance Team and CompBlog, which provide details on pending and new regulations, as well as long-standing rules and regulations. The League sends a weekly compilation of the posts to member credit unions.
